The City Running BIPOC run is a group run specifically for the Twin Cities BIPOC community, created and led by BIPOC members of the Mill City and Saint City Running staff.

This monthly run will alternate between Mill City Running and Saint City Running and be held on the second Thursday each month, beginning at 6pm. Our next BIPOC run takes place on:

DEC 12 | 6PM - Mill City Running

If you’re a BIPOC runner we’d love for you to join us as we bring more diversity to the sport we love. This run is free and will have 2, 3, and 4.5 mile options. Pace groups will represent all speeds and have designated leaders to guide you along the route.

Run of show:

Is this your first group run? No worries! Our staff will work to answer any questions upon your arrival. Our suggestion is to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the run. We’ll be able to show you where you can safely store any gear in our lockers, talk about the route we’ll be running, and get you connected with our pace group leaders. We look forward to hosting you!
