Mill City Running and Saint City Running will provide a full refund to the original form of payment on any unworn merchandise returned within 60 days of the date of purchase.

Merchandise that is deemed to be non-resellable, is worn, or lacks the original packaging is eligible for an equal value product exchange or store credit for the value of the item purchased within 60 days of purchase.

Any electronics such as GPS watches, headphones, percussive massagers or similar must be returned within 60 days of the date of purchase with original packaging (including all cables and accessories). Electronics that are special ordered and are not products we typically carry are subject to final sale. 

Closeout shoes marked with a ‘Final Sale’ sticker are not eligible for return or exchange.

Q: Can I return my shoes even if I’ve worn them?

A: Within 60 days of purchase, shoes that have been worn can still be brought back to a City Running location and are eligible for store credit or exchange for products of equal value.

Q: How do I know if my items are in ‘new condition’?

A: Eligibility for resale will be determined by a City Running staff member. This includes but is not limited to; inclusion of original packaging and all product components in like-new condition (charging cables, user manuals, shoe box, sock liner insoles, etc). 

Q: I believe my item is defective.

A: Defective merchandise is exempt from the 60-day return window. Eligibility for return or exchange will be at the discretion of City Running staff and may be contingent upon product availability.

Q: I purchased my items at your Minneapolis location. Can I bring them back to your Saint Paul store?

A: Yes! Products purchased for any City Running location may be returned to any other City Running location. This also applies to purchases made on our online store.

Q: I lost my receipt. What should I do?

A: All returns and exchanges will require proof of purchase. A printed receipt is ideal, but digital (emailed) receipts are acceptable along with gift receipts. Furthermore, if your purchase was made under a customer account with us, any of our staff will be able to quickly find a record of your purchase in our system.

Q: Are discounted apparel items final sale?

A: No. Discounted apparel items will be subject to the aforementioned return and exchange policy based upon its wear.
