Weekly Runs

Community Run at Saint City Running - every week, all year long

Join us at SCR for our community group run. Route otions include distances from 2-7 miles and a wide variety of paces from sub-7 minute miles to over 12 minutes per mile and walking. We swap between two sets of routes each week just to spice it up.


Community Run at Mill City Running - every week, all year long

This run is an easy run from MCR with distances from 2-7 miles and a wide variety of paces from sub-7 minute miles to over 12 minutes per mile and walking. This is truly a run for all abilities and a great way to meet other runners in the Twin Cities.


Flapjack Friday at Mill City Running - every week, all year long

The best reason we could come up with to get up early on Friday mornings. With route options of 2, 4, 5 or 7 miles, you'll find runners with a variety levels of experience and pace preferences. All are welcome!

We always fresh coffee supplied after the run and our monthly complimentary flapjack runs are marked with a flapjack on our calendar.

 

Biweekly Runs

Assisted Long Run at City Running - biweekly, all year long

Our Assisted Long Runs are hosted about every other week and follow the same model as the weekly group runs, but include a mapped route ranging from 6-20 miles. Along the course two aid stations will be set up where runners have a chance to hydrate and fuel up. Check out our calendar to see when and where the next assisted long run will be.

We update the start time to match the daylight during the seasons.

 

Monthly Runs

BIPOC Run at City Running - monthly, all year long

If you’re a BIPOC runner we’d love for you to join us as we bring more diversity to the sport we love. Just like all our runs this run is free and will have 2, 3, and 4.5 mile options. Pace groups will represent all speeds and have designated leaders to guide you along the route.
